Your valuation modeling parameters and watchlist inquiries are never transmitted to or archived on remote servers.

When you subscribe to the Sunday GARP Alpha Watchlist, your email address is collected solely for the dispatch of curated equity research reports and valuation templates. We do not sell, license, or exchange subscriber contact lists with third-party asset managers, financial publishers, or advertisers.
3. Privacy-First Edge Infrastructure
GARP.DEV is hosted globally via Cloudflare's serverless edge infrastructure. We measure aggregated system performance, edge latency, and asset delivery telemetry without deploying cross-site tracking cookies. Local browser storage is used exclusively to retain user preference states.

Our platform includes outbound hyperlinks to institutional equity screener services and fundamental database providers (such as GuruFocus). When navigating to external research services, your interactions are governed by their respective privacy declarations.
5. Rights Under CCPA & GDPR
Subscribers residing in California or the European Union maintain the statutory right to request removal of their email from our mailing lists. An automated, one-click unsubscribe mechanism is included in every weekly dispatch.
